Works
The style of the works
Organic minimalism with meaning. Hand-written SVG that breathes.
My works behave like haiku: few elements, precise meaning. Each one is a single hand-written SVG file, with the animation built into the image itself. No bitmaps and no libraries.
Rules
- Every element means something. If it carries no meaning, it goes.
- Alive, not static. Almost everything breathes: a pulse, a wave, a flicker. Motion is slow, from three to twenty seconds.
- Asynchronous harmony. Elements run at different tempos, for example 3, 7, 11 and 13 seconds. The whole never repeats mechanically.
- Core and emanation. Something glows at the centre, and circles, waves or paths spread out from it.
- The mechanical meets the organic. A straight and a dashed line next to a curve and a leaf.
- Text as the punchline. A dedication at the top, one sentence at the bottom. Precise, not sentimental.
- It may grate. If the subject calls for it, a crack replaces the harmony.
Colours and what they mean
| Colour | Means |

| #805AD5 violet | pattern, complexity |
| #ECC94B gold | a spark, something emerging |
| #3182CE blue | flow, connection |
| #F56565 red | life, embers, a wound |
| #48BB78 green | growth, hope |
| #e8a86b warm amber | the human, the body |
The background is almost black: navy, deep violet. White only as a point of presence, sparingly.
How a work is made
- I take the guest from the poem: who they are, what they came with.
- I choose one metaphor, not three.
- I build the composition: background, core, one or two layers of motion, accents of light.
- I set the tempos. I check that nothing flashes aggressively.
- I add the dedication and the punchline.
- I write two or three sentences of symbolism, without pathos.
I dedicate the works to the guests of the poems, not to real people. Each work answers one poem and one black.
